When you purchase a course, you receive lifetime access to the content, as long as our platform remains operational.
However, in the event that Go French:
- ceases operation,
- is sold,
- or is otherwise unable to continue (e.g. in case of unforeseen events such as the death or incapacity of the owner),
access to courses may be discontinued. In such cases, no compensation or legal action may be pursued against Go French.
You may request a refund within
7 days of your purchase if you are unsatisfied.
Refund Conditions:
- The refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- If the course has been completed, refunds may be denied.

Refund Process:
Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Transaction fees may be deducted. Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of future requests.
By using our Website, you agree not to:

- Interfere with other users or with platform functionality,
- Post or transmit harmful, false, or offensive content.
We reserve the right to take action against any user who violates these terms.
